Q. How much is shipping?
Local (Singapore) shipping : S$4
Orders with any doll(s): S$6
International shipping: S$14
Orders with 1-2 dolls S$24
Orders with 3-4 dolls S$36
All orders will be shipped out as registered articles. You will receive an email with your tracking number after your order has been deposited at the Singapore Post Office.
Q. Which currency are your prices in?
All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Q. What is a preorder?
A preorder (PO) is an order placed before the pin has gone into production, so that I can gauge how many to produce. The benefit for buyers is that it guarantees you the best quality pins of the batch, often at a discounted price. I also create special preorder-only gifts occasionally.
I will close PO sales and start production after I receive enough preorders. In the event that I don't, I will contact affected buyers to refund their money.
Q. What is pin grading?
As each pin is made by hand, they may differ in terms of quality. I use the following grading system to ensure that the quality of the pins you receive meet expectations :)
Minor flaws may include:
- Tiny air bubbles
- Underfilled or off-shade enamel
- Minor scuffs on the surface
- Imperfect metal plating
- Slightly misapplied glitter or screen printing
Q: Can I cancel my order?
All orders are final. I do not accept cancellations or provide refunds after payment has been made.
